We offer a fixed price repair service via our distributor network.

All repair items should be returned to the distributor outlet where it was purchased from. If you do not know the distributor, please contact Trio at: . If possible, to aid repair, we ask that you provide details regarding the potential fault, or symptoms you are experiencing.

‘subject to conditions’ you may be able to take advantage of our 50% Exchange Discount Scheme. The offer is not for general purchasing but is intended as an alternative to repair, for devices that are over two years old but less than 5 years old therefore;

  1. i. One faulty unit is exchanged for one new unit.
  2. ii. The replacement will be the same model and part number as the faulty unit.

Products returned to Trio for repair do not qualify for the 50% Exchange Discount Scheme.
